I look at a problem as a whole, to seek out and treat the source of the problem. Not just put "bandages" to alleviate its symptoms.
I bring this analytical mindset and service strategy to product design from my experience of over 20 years as an Instructor and therapist.

Besides finding out what useres wanted in a music learning app I also needed to investigate why do most beginers (90% in the US of guitarist alone) quit playing within the first year.
